Tiramisu

 

500g Marscapone 5 eggs (separated) 75g sugar 2dl Marsala 250g sponge fingers 50g chocolate (grated)   Beat together Marscapone, egg yolks and sugar. Whisk egg whites and fold into Marscapone mix. Soak sponge in Marsala. Layer fingers, Marscapone and chocolate in deep dish. Chill for 4 hours.
